  • Spotts not attending, unable to deliver report
  • Working on publicity receipts
  • Jerry notes that rent is due on the 15th, need to re-compute amount due to Ron moving out
  • Jerry- reminder that the chapter also owes $495 for driveway access

  • Organization / Org chart presentation at next week’s general meeting
  • Discussion of dishwasher cost sharing
    • Revisit discussion when treasurer is present
    • Hoping to share 1/2 cost, depending on status of active chapter’s bank account
  • Need to schedule next house day

    • Working on getting quotes for refinishing of wood floors
    • Also would like quotes for kitchen lower cabinets and floor (lower priority)

• Printer
  • Upstairs (library) printer has been offline for years
  • Believe the issue is toner
  • (Follow-up: Sam found that the network card may be dead, more research required. Toner is reporting low, but making good prints).
• Keycards
  • Eric Zhou and Franklin Wang were done last week Thursday
  • Updating Bhavit’s new WisCard today
• Matthew Bruton’s move-out
  • Promised to be moved out of “second room” by Wednesday, or rent will be charged for 2x rooms
  • Discussion of parking situation — VP will remind Bruton that he is currently not paying for parking. The end spot on the side driveway is technically reserved / open for temporary parking for Jerry, delivery drivers, etc. Should not be used for full-time parking
  • Remind Bruton to please try to find a street spot in the evening; side driveway is a last resort
